Cardinal worked with Sankyu USA, Kajima International and Hitachi Zosen Fukui Corporation to install a four press tandem line comprised of three 1,000-ton transfer press units, one 1,500-ton blanker, a complete stack loader system, a wash unit, ten robots, transfer conveyors, and automation.

The installation also included the soleplate installation, fabrication and installation of the pit steel, the bolster steel and rails, and the multi-pit steel plate covers.

Cardinal was also responsible for subcontracting the installation of the interconnect wiring, the multi-press cable tray system, the field fabrication of the high pressure air system, the hydraulic system, and the pneumatic interconnects.
